Meet Noelle
Noelle Leemburg is an accomplished speaker, trainer, Fortune 500 executive and a published author. As an entrepreneur, she founded her first training business in 2003. She quickly expanded internationally, to post-secondary institutes, small and large organizations in Canada, the US and Singapore.
Noelle has inspired thousands of people through her speeches, business presentations, workshops, and training programs. Her clients represent industries in manufacturing & distribution, media, medical, fintech, SaaS, construction, and the energy sector. She has designed and facilitated customized sales, leadership, and communication programs to suit diverse needs and goals of her clients; and has facilitated training for organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, The Pattison Group, Blackline Safety, Enverus, Abrigo, and Ledcor Construction, to name a few.
As a Fortune 500 Director of Sales, responsible for over 2000 customers with revenues of $250M+, she led and managed a team of 45 sales professionals, managers, and customer service reps. She grew a “50 Best Managed” award winning Canadian company from regional to national prominence, with her transformative leadership style and process development.
Noelle has the innate ability to connect with most everyone she meets. Her experience paired with her high energy and inspiring delivery style generates high engagement and boosts the desire of people to new levels of professional and personal growth.
She lives in sunny Calgary where she’s able to take advantage of the Canadian Rockies in her backyard. She is an avid skier, hiker, loves mountain biking, golfing, paddling, and cooking up a storm. She is veracious reader and seeks adventure and travel.
